Our Purpose
The Youth Ministry Department of Believers International Ministries exists to establish young people in the truth of God's Word, cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and equip the next generation to live with biblical conviction, godly character, purpose, and spiritual maturity.
We believe young people are not merely the future of the Church. They are an important part of the Church today, possessing God-given gifts, abilities, perspectives, and potential that must be recognized, nurtured, and developed responsibly.
In a world marked by competing cultural influences, identity challenges, and shifting moral standards, young people need strong biblical foundations, positive mentorship, healthy relationships, and environments that promote spiritual and personal development.
Our Youth Ministry is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and spiritually enriching environment where young people can discover their identity in Christ, understand their God-given purpose, and develop the character necessary to live as faithful representatives of His Kingdom.
Our Assignment
Our assignment is to establish a biblically grounded generation of young believers who know Jesus Christ, understand their identity, develop spiritual discipline, demonstrate godly character, and become equipped to positively influence their generation.

Our Youth Development Focus
The Youth Ministry seeks to nurture growth in five essential areas:
- Spiritual Identity: Knowing Jesus Christ and understanding who they are in Him.
- Biblical Knowledge: Developing familiarity with Scripture and the ability to apply biblical truth.
- Personal Character: Cultivating responsibility, integrity, self-discipline, and healthy relationships.
- Leadership & Service: Recognizing abilities and developing a heart to serve others.
- Kingdom Purpose: Understanding how their lives, decisions, education, and gifts can glorify God.
Partnership With Parents & Families
We recognize that parents and guardians carry a foundational responsibility in the spiritual upbringing of their children.
The Youth Ministry seeks to support and reinforce that responsibility through communication, biblical resources, mentorship, and family engagement.
Our desire is to establish a meaningful partnership between the Church, parents, and young people that encourages consistency in discipleship and healthy spiritual development.
A Safe & Nurturing Environment
The safety and well-being of every young person are essential.
Youth-serving assignments require a separate screening, safeguarding preparation, and leadership approval process. The website does not carry out screening or approve volunteers. Contact administration to review the ministry’s adopted policies and confirm its operational procedures before participation. Read Youth Safeguarding & Volunteer Screening.
Opportunities to Serve
Individuals with a genuine passion for youth discipleship, biblical education, mentorship, teaching, creative expression, youth development, administration, or event coordination may explore opportunities within this department.
All prospective youth volunteers must complete the ministry's required application, screening, and approval process before receiving assignments involving minors.
